Published in 2021, ISO 30415 is the first international standard dedicated to diversity and inclusion in human resource management. It applies to every kind of organisation, whatever its size, sector or location.
It does not hand out quotas or a checklist. It sets out what good looks like across three areas:

The TIF Certification is built on ISO 30415:2021, the international standard for diversity and inclusion, and assessed by accredited practitioners. Our team does the heavy lifting: benchmarking you against global data, mapping your documentation to the standard and tracking progress across all seven dimensions of inclusion. Your team spends less time on paperwork and more on change. Your own data stays at the heart of the assessment, because a certification that skips the evidence is not worth having.
