meet the team
Leading THE INCLUSION FOUNDATION LLC is a reflection of a 25-year journey through the corporate world, where a clear need emerged for a stronger commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Having worked globally with top organizations and witnessed firsthand the challenges they face, it became evident that there was a gap in how DEI was understood, implemented, and sustained. This realization was the driving force behind co-founding The Inclusion Foundation alongside Aleks and Mark. Together, we are dedicated to setting a higher global standard, ensuring that organizations are not only compliant but are truly inclusive environments where every individual is valued.

Meeting an unmet need

Over the years we got increasingly dissatisfied with the way companies were assessed, benchmarked, reviewed or labelled in the space of DEI. Either the scope was too narrow, (i.e. only a focus on Equal Pay) or too wide (i.e. as a small part of the annual employee engagement survey).
What is needed right now is the following:
a) a neutral and qualified third-party advisor with b) sound and practical DEI expertise, looking at c) all relevant dimensions of DEI, adjusted to d) modern times, where e) AI is used to measure inclusion with a f) measurable outcome.

We established a multifaceted advisory board comprising eight individuals, to ensure that our approach to DEI is holistic, inclusive, and comprehensive. By bringing together diverse perspectives from different backgrounds, experiences, and areas of expertise, we can address the complexities of DEI more effectively, identifying gaps, uncovering opportunities, and implementing strategies that resonate across the entire organization.
