advisory board
We established a multifaceted advisory board for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), comprising eight individuals, to ensure that our approach to DEI is holistic, inclusive, and comprehensive. By bringing together diverse perspectives from different backgrounds, experiences, and areas of expertise, we can address the complexities of DEI more effectively, identifying gaps, uncovering opportunities, and implementing strategies that resonate across the entire organization. This board serves as a dynamic resource to guide our DEI initiatives, ensuring they are thoughtful, impactful, and aligned with our broader mission and values.
