Bisanzio
Christiane is a lawyer, renowned thought leader and global authority in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Since 2011, she has been recognized by he Economist as a top global leader in DEI. She is the author of the Amazon bestseller DIVERSITY, EQUITY and INCLUSION - The Glass Half Full (2023). Drawing on her corporate experience and a deep understanding and driving organizational complexities, the Foundation is uniquely positioned to guide leaders toward a sustainable and long-lasting transformation.
In addition to her role at the Foundation, she imparts her expertise as a guest lecturer at top business schools. She also excels as a Non-Executive Director, guiding complex projects in Sustainability and DEI to success. As a respected speaker on Sustainability, The Future of Work, and DEI, she continually shapes industry dialogue and influences perspectives globally.

Aleks
Damchevski
Aleks (he/they) is an HR, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leader with +15 years of international experience, equipped with a background in economics, medicine, communications and digital technologies. With his devotion to DEI, he has redefined the paradigms of inclusion across Europe. They have been a D&I Strategist and pioneered transformative diversity and inclusion strategies for major international brands: adidas, TOMMY HILFIGER, JTI, PMI and SAP, fostering inclusive workplace cultures. He is the co-author of the Amazon bestseller: DIVERSITY, EQUITY and INCLUSION - The Glass Half Full (2023). They serve on the Swiss Diversity Award jury: and are the CEO of B-YOND, providing a platform for innovative solutions that address the topic of LGBTQ+ inclusion and go b-yond the binary of genders.

Mark
Fenton
Mark is a Senior Practitioner who is EMCC-accredited, he is an executive coach and a chartered accountant by training. Over the last 30 years, he has forged a global business and reputation as a leader in DEI. Mark leverages his 25-year career and 8 years as a CEO of a DEI-specialized consultancy to provide a series of trademarked models and a potent suite of insights and innovations across the DEI spectrum. Mark provides extensive pro-bono support as a Non-Executive Director and/or business mentor to advance collaborative and equitable eco -systems. He regularly contributes to the DEI debate via published articles and keynote that provide for effective external leadership and innovative interventions for enterprise and society as a whole, at whatever stage of DEI maturity.

Dr. Fernanda Wüthrich
Fernanda is a Swiss-Brazilian expert in strategic communication, DEI strategy design, inclusive leadership, and intercultural conflict mediation. With over two decades of international experience, she advises on diversity strategies that closely align with communication, culture, and reputation. She is a certified professional in ISO 30415:2021 (Diversity & Inclusion in Human Resource Management) and she is an accredited mediator in Switzerland (SCCM), she bridges theory and practice with a global and human-centered approach. As the founder and CEO of Mercury Brain Ltd., she focuses on DEI, crisis and reputation management, commercial mediation, and applied research in complex contexts. Fernanda considers Switzerland, Austria, and Brazil her cultural homes and has been based in Zurich since 2009.

Meeting an unmet need
Im Laufe der Jahre wurden wir immer frustrierter, wie Unternehmen im Bereich DEI bewertet, verglichen, überprüft oder "gelabelled" wurden. Entweder war der Geltungsbereich zu eng (z.B. nur ein Fokus auf Equal Pay) oder zu weit gefasst (z. B. als kleiner Teil der jährlichen Mitarbeitenden-Umfrage).
Was es jetzt braucht, ist Folgendes:
a) neutrale und qualifizierte externe Beratung mit b) fundiertem und praktischem DEI-Fachwissen, die c) alle relevanten Dimensionen von DEI betrachtet, angepasst an d) die heutige Zeit, wobei e) AI zur Messung von Inklusion mit einem f) messbaren Ergebnis eingesetzt wird.

We established a multifaceted advisory board comprising eight individuals, to ensure that our approach to DEI is holistic, inclusive, and comprehensive. By bringing together diverse perspectives from different backgrounds, experiences, and areas of expertise, we can address the complexities of DEI more effectively, identifying gaps, uncovering opportunities, and implementing strategies that resonate across the entire organization.
